• Construction (GC, Flooring, Concrete & Asphalt, Drywall, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Etc.)
• Property Management
• Real Estate Brokerage
• Private Security

Our base line investment criteria:

• $1 - 30 million in revenue
• Minimum $250k profit
• 5+ employees with at minimum 1 GM or Leadership team
• Track record of consistent revenues & profits (3 year minimum)
• Business owner open to creative financing options
• Willing to sell majority share
